Raising a family in South-Central Idaho has been one of the greatest gifts I could have asked for. My three girls have grown strong on food harvested from our Southern Plains, breathed the clean air of our pristine valleys, and explored the many mountain ranges that cross our beautiful state.  Over every hill is another gem in Idaho, and the people that reside here have come to appreciate the ties that bind our communities together.  But every great place is discovered, as so has Idaho been.  Growth is inevitable and is something that can create opportunity and prosperity for all.  But growth can come with costs, and if not managed properly and intentionally, can result in unintended consequences. 

 

At Summit Creek Development we strive to create projects that celebrate a sense of place- this place- and help to improve community opportunity and resources while respecting our past.

 

Our project managers, supervisors, and support staff are local, and have vested interest in positive community impact.  We hire local sub-contractors and give back to local charities and organizations.
