We're seeking an experienced superintendent to oversee the construction of commercial construction projects throughout Southern Idaho. This position requires a background in construction and planning, and the successful candidate for this position will be expected to quickly identify critical issues and develop innovative solutions in conjunction with our managing partner and project manager. The ideal candidate will work with a team that is committed to excellence, and will be an integral part of an innovative and growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of health and safety within the workplace.

• Ensure that the project meets code requirements and all applicable laws.

• Work with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and meet project deadlines.

• Oversee construction operations.

Required Abilities

JOB TYPE:  Full-time

PAY: $90,000.00 to $110,000 per year DOE

LOCATION: Twin Falls, ID: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

EDUCATION:  High school or equivalent (Preferred)
 

EXPERIENCE:  3-years minimum (Required)

LANGUAGE:  English speaking (Required), Spanish (Preferred)

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:  Driver's License Location: Idaho
