SCD has developed over $300 million in project value and has partnered with dozens of private and institutional equity and debt investors. CONSTRUCTION
Summit Creek Development is a licensed general contractor in the State of Idaho, and frequently assumes this role in project construction. As general contractor, SCD is able to better control costs, manage schedule and project timing, and reduce overhead for the project. Our project managers are local, on-site, and are stakeholders in the project’s success. SCD will only act as general contractor on our own projects and also self-performs all structural concrete and excavation work through our company Gemstone Construction
